The Annual Scientific Conference is the official conference and the leading activity of the calendar of activities  (SLAGM). SLAGM membership consists of both medical and para medical professionals and the association is committed to upgrade the care of older adults in Sri Lanka predominantly by conducting education programmes for the medical and para medical professionals Island wide. In addition to providing advocacy to Ministry of Health, SLAGM maintains cordial relationships with other international organizations such as WHO, UNFPA and HelpAge Sri Lanka.

11^th Anniversary Annual Academic Sessions of the SLAGM will be held at the Galadari Hotel Colombo from 26^th June – 28^th June 2025 under the theme “Pioneering Age – Friendly Care: The Leadership Journey”. Inquiries with regard to registration for Workshops should be made from [email protected].
